Everything is designed. That is a tenet in which I firmly believe. My area of expertise is in the area of organizational design.
In the midst of organizational change or conflict, the brand can suffer. As an expert in organizational behavior, internal brand communication and the bottom-line, I partner with companies in a consultation-based relationship with a focus on organizational design initiatives that result in overall brand enhancement. These enhancements combine principles of organizational psychology, leadership, change management, conflict resolution and marketing/sales.
I view all organizational design initiatives as aspects of overall branding. Managing a cultural/organizational change requires the ability to wade through corporate politics and leverage relationships to maximize results.
