Cultural Arts District office space available
About the building:
Old brick warehouse in the Cultural Arts District has been converted to office space. The building has 6 individual offices with a common conference room, break room, reception area, and bathrooms. The building itself has tons of character. All the offices have exposed brick walls. The ceiling in the common areas has been left open to let natural light into the space and we left the beams exposed as well. Currently occupied by several other creative types, there is room for one more.
There is currently 295 square feet available for $475 per month. This includes high speed internet and the building is also Wifi enabled. There is no deposit and rent is month to month. The PG&E gets split six ways since there are 6 offices in the front. The building gives a small business a pretty cheap buy in but also gives you a lot of look if your clients come in for meetings.
