Summarize.
I wrote the following couple paragraphs for my profile and it felt good to put it into words.
I thought for all those who aren't browsing everyone's profile on here, I'd post mine here and invite you guys to post your own to introduce yourself.

I'm Floyd!
When I was 12 (1998), my family got their first computer. I was lucky enough stumble into the right corners of the internet that allowed me to transition very quicky from thinking it was really neat that geocities gave out free webspace, to gleaning as much as I could from studying the work of John Maeda, Paul Rand and many "fine design" resources I culled via newstoday.com
I have held two consecutive full-time art direction positions since graduating high school in 2004. In April, my most recent FT employer was forced to let me go and I have since been fortunate enough to be able to pay my bills by working with local musicians, restaurants and retailers on a number of marketing and promotional projects.
I work very closely with a videographer and photographer, and together we are known as the Anti Laboratories Design Cartel.
I am eager to network with and get to know like-minded individuals that work within the creative field here in Fresno.
